The final written quote confirms the cleaning scope, price, appointment timing, access requirements, exclusions and applicable service terms.
Cleaning follow-up
Cleaning issues covered by the written scope must be reported within 72 hours of completion, with reasonable access provided for any approved return clean. The policy does not cover damage, repairs, fair wear, new soiling, inaccessible areas or services not included in the quote.
No whole-bond guarantee
Cleaning is only one potential tenancy issue. No promise is made about rent, damage, missing items or other matters that may affect a bond or final inspection.
Accuracy and availability
Appointment availability is not confirmed until accepted in writing. Same-day and next-day requests depend on schedule, property scope, location and access.
